This announcement is addressed to Undergraduate Archaeology students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, UGM, who have submitted the required documents and research proposals for the 2026 Proposal Seminar (Batch 2). Information regarding the seminar schedule and venue can be found in the image above.
Please also take note of the following seminar procedures:
- The Proposal Seminar will be held on Monday, 13 July 2026.
- Each seminar session will be attended by two reviewers and one technical staff member.
- Participants are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
- Each participant will be allotted 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 30 minutes of discussion with the reviewers.
- During the discussion session, participants are encouraged to take notes on the reviewers’ comments and suggestions.
- Students who are not presenting are welcome to attend the seminar, provided they maintain a conducive academic atmosphere. They may ask questions at the discretion of the reviewers in each session. Seminar participants’ thesis proposals may also be accessed through the following link:
