This announcement is intended for Undergraduate Archaeology students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, who participated in the Proposal Seminar Batch 2, 2026.
Information regarding the assigned Thesis Supervisors can be accessed through the following link:

Please also take note of the following information after the proposal seminar:
- Students are expected to revise their proposal based on the feedback provided by the reviewers during the proposal seminar.
- Students whose proposals are accepted may contact their assigned Thesis Supervisor to begin the supervision process after completing the required revisions.
- Students whose proposal seminar results are postponed may contact their assigned Thesis Supervisor for further consultation regarding the next steps.
- Students are expected to meet their Thesis Supervisor no later than 21 July 2026.
- Once the revised proposal has been approved by the Thesis Supervisor, it must be submitted through SIMASTER via: Student Academic Affairs → Final Project → Final Project Submission → Submission → Final Project.
- The deadline for submitting the proposal through SIMASTER is 21 July 2026.
