Announcement of Thesis Supervisors Following the Undergraduate Proposal Seminar Department of Archaeology, Even Semester 2025/2026

This announcement is intended for Undergraduate Archaeology students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, who have participated in the Proposal Seminar Batch 1 for the Even Semester 2025/2026. Information regarding the assignment of thesis supervisors can be accessed through the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ftSSAgxNV3VEotE3MyTlnNORsuUx9gai/view?usp=sharing

In addition, there are several important points that students should take note of following the proposal seminar:

  1. Students are expected to revise their proposal immediately after the seminar before beginning the initial supervision process with their assigned thesis supervisor.
  2. Students are expected to meet their assigned supervisor no later than 15 June 2026 following the publication of this announcement.
  3. Once the revised proposal has been approved by the supervisor, students are required to submit their proposal through SIMASTER via the following menu:
    Academic Affairs >> Final Assignment >> Final Assignment Submission >> Submission >> Final Assignment.
  4. The deadline for proposal submission through SIMASTER is 15 June 2026.

Please pay close attention to the information provided above. Should there be any questions, students may contact the part-time administrator of the Department of Archaeology.
