Technical Guidelines for the Undergraduate Archaeology Proposal Seminar, Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM, Even Semester 2025/2026

This announcement is addressed to Undergraduate Archaeology students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM who have submitted the required documents and proposal to participate in the Proposal Seminar for the Even Semester 2025/2026. Information regarding the schedule and venue of the proposal seminar can be seen in the image above.

In addition, there are several important points that students need to pay attention to regarding the implementation mechanism of the Proposal Seminar, as follows:

  • The proposal seminar will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
  • Each seminar class will be attended by 2 reviewer lecturers and 1 technical staff member.
  • Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled seminar begins.
  • Each participant will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for the question-and-answer session with the reviewer lecturers.
  • During the Q&A session, participants are encouraged to take notes on important feedback provided by the reviewer lecturers.
  • Students who are not seminar participants are allowed to attend the session while maintaining a conducive atmosphere (they may ask questions depending on the policy of the reviewer lecturers in each class).
  • Students are required to upload their seminar presentation slides (PPT) no later than May 19, 2026, through the following link:
