Thesis Requirements for the Undergraduate Program in Archaeology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, UGM

Academic Requirements:

• Credits: Must have completed at least 108 credits.

• Thesis Advisor: Must have an assigned thesis advisor.

• Thesis Approval: The thesis manuscript must be approved by the thesis advisor.

• Final Project Video

Administrative Requirements:

• Study Plan Card (KRS): The current semester’s KRS.

• Temporary Transcript: Academic transcript from semester 1 to the most recent semester.

• Proof of DPA Approval: Can be in the form of a screenshot of the advisor’s approval via email/WhatsApp or a signature on the temporary transcript.

• Student ID Card (KTM): A valid KTM.

• Proof of Tuition Payment: Proof of payment for the most recent semester’s tuition fee (e.g., a screenshot from the Simaster registration).

• Photocopy of Approved Thesis Manuscript: A photocopy of the thesis manuscript approved by the thesis advisor.

• Proof of Thesis Advisor Approval: Can be in the form of a screenshot of the advisor’s approval via email/WhatsApp or a signature on the thesis manuscript.

• Passport-sized Photo: Passport-sized photo that meets the specified requirements.

• Final Project Video Approval Form

• Turnitin Plagiarism Check Result: Maximum similarity of 20%.
